At the EENVIRO 2026 Research Conference, participants are invited to submit either a full scientific article or an extended abstract directly, without the need to submit an abstract beforehand.

You can now upload your article / extended abstract using the following link:

Submit the Full Scientific Article / Extended Abstract

This link will direct you to Morressier Platform. For any related issues please contact us (contact@eenviro.ro).

At the EU-CONEXUS EENVIRO Research Conference, we invite you to submit either a Full Scientific Article or an Extended Abstract.

Full Scientific Articles

All submitted papers will undergo a blind peer review process to ensure they meet the scientific standards required for international publication. Accepted manuscripts will be assigned to one of three outlets:

Papers that strictly align with the scope and scientific quality requirements of IOP will be directed to the EES volume. For other works, the editorial committee will select the most appropriate journal based on the technical focus of the study and the preferences indicated by the authors.

Authors should be aware that after the peer review process is finalized and the volume is submitted, IOP Publishing maintains the final authority to reject any paper that does not meet its specific scope or quality criteria. Please note that, according to the publisher’s terms, the publication fee is charged per submitted article and is non-refundable, regardless of the final publication decision. It is therefore essential to ensure that your manuscript fully complies with the publisher’s guidelines before submission.

Regarding review-style papers, IOP requires these submissions to demonstrate an original and innovative approach, similar to a research study. To avoid rejection, authors must not use the word “review” in the title, abstract, or conclusions. These papers should be presented as original contributions, as the publisher prioritizes the presentation of personal research work at conferences over the summary of existing literature.

The IOP publisher will submit the conference proceedings for evaluation to be indexed to SCOPUS and Clarivate Analytics Conference Proceedings Citation Index – CPCI (Web of Science).

As an example, you can look at the previous editions of EENVIRO Conferences.

The registration includes the publication of one article with unlimited number of pages which will be open access, as well as free to read and download in perpetuity after publication.

For each accepted paper for presentation, at least 1 (one) author must register for EENVIRO Research Conference and pay the appropriate fee. Conference papers will not be sent to the publisher or scheduled for presentation unless the appropriate fee is paid, if that is the case.

Each author can register for a maximum of 2 accepted papers as: for the 1st paper, the author should pay the appropriate registration fee, if the case, while for the second paper the charge is 120 Euro.

Author guidelines for EENVIRO Research Conference proceedings

Please read carefully the IOP guidelines for EENVIRO 2026 conference.

All authors are required to use the official IOP manuscript template for their submissions, as the organizers’ primary goal is to ensure that every article eventually meets the standards for publication within the IOP series.

Scientific Article Template

All articles submitted MUST be within the IOP EES scope, conference theme and follow IOP Author GuidelinesPeer Review Policy and Ethical Policy

Not adhering to these may result in your publication date being delayed or papers being declined and chargeable at IOP agreed rate.

It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. IOP do not copy, edit, or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Extended Abstracts

Creating a high-quality extended abstract is important for effectively communicating the essence and impact of your research. An extended abstract typically serves as a concise version of your work, offering enough detail to highlight the significance, methodology, results, and implications.

All Extended Abstracts must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference.

Extended Abstract Template

The authors are responsible for the content and quality of the abstracts, and abstracts will be published exactly as sent.

Due to protective filters that may interfere with receiving messages and are often strict at universities, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder in your email inbox periodically.

Not to exceed 3 A4 pages.

Try to follow the next structure:

Introduction

  • Background: Provide a brief overview of the background and the context of your research.
  • Problem Statement: Clearly define the problem or research question your study addresses.
  • Objective: State the main objectives and the scope of your research.

Methodology

  • Approach: Describe the research design, approaches, and methods used for data collection and analysis.
  • Tools and Techniques: Mention any specific tools, software, or analytical techniques employed in your study.

Results

  • Key Findings: Summarize the primary results and findings of your research. Use quantitative statements where possible.
  • Visuals: Include figures, tables, or graphs to illustrate key points, if the case.

Discussion

  • Interpretation: Discuss the significance of the results and their implications for the field.
  • Comparison: Compare your findings with relevant studies or theories to highlight contributions and discrepancies.

Conclusion

  • Summary: Briefly recap the study’s main findings and their implications.
  • Future Work: Suggest directions for future research or potential applications of your findings.

Acknowledgments

References

Include a limited number of references to key literature that supports your research.

References should be cited in the text by placing sequential numbers in brackets (for example, [1], [2, 5, 7], [8-10]). They should be numbered in the order in which they are cited. A complete reference should provide enough information to locate the article.
